Is my prescription still valid?

When your doctor prescribes laboratory analyses for you he is obliged to date his prescription. To the right of the prescription date there is a box entitled «expiry date».

1. If your a doctor has failed to fill in this box, by default your prescription will be valid for two months after its issue.
2. If your doctor wishes laboratory tests to be carried out after this two-month period, he must specify this by filling in the box with the exact date when he wishes your analyses to be carried out.

Your prescription for medical analyses will always be valid for at least 2 months after its issue.
