Why do I have to bring my health-insurance card?

This is the only way to obtain your official insurance number. This comprises your date of birth in reverse order plus three other figures. This enables us to provide you with the normal analysis figures for your age and sex. It also means that you will not receive any invoices from us since the Union des Caisses de Maladie will reimburse us directly if they have your insurance number.
